Anne Bertram, Managing Director

Ms. Bertram is a founding Artistic Associate of Theatre Unbound and has served as Managing Director since 2003. Her most recent play, Frankenstein Incarnate: The Passions of Mary Shelley, will receive its premiere from TU in fall 2007. Her other work as a playwright includes Chicks In Space (with Amy Ballestad and Theatre Unbound), Sherry's Basement, The Particular Delight of Trigonometry, and St. Luke's. Her play Liability premiered in the 2002 Minnesota Fringe Festival, won the 2002 Tennessee Williams One-Act prize, and was produced at the 2003 Tennessee Williams Theater Festival in New Orleans. Ms. Bertram is a member of PEN Center USA West and The Dramatists Guild, and was a 2002-04 Associate Member of The Playwrights' Center.
