OUR HISTORY:

photo of woman in corsetThe corset unbinds to show the true form of the woman inside, and frees her to speak with her true voice.

We have inherited a legacy of courage, strength, and perseverance from generations of women before us.  By being true to ourselves, we carry on that legacy.

Since 1999, Theatre Unbound has been a force for creating live theatre wholly and unabashedly about the lives of women. Theatre written by women, directed by women, with challenging, engaging roles for women. Unleashing the energy of great female artists working together.
