Deborah Koland
Board Member

Ms. Koland is an independent strategy consultant who has a passion for developing women leaders and creating opportunities for women everywhere. She graduated from the University of St Thomas in 1991 with a BA in Business Management and received her MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management in 1997, focusing on strategy and organization. Ms. Koland joined the Theatre Unbound board of directors in February 2010. She loves to spend time with her husband Pete and Schnoodle Ava. Some of her favorite spare time activities include fitness and travel. In the fall of 2009, Ms. Koland combined both by traveling to Peru where she and five female friends hiked the Andes taking on the Salkantay Pass at 15,500 feet.
